The Studio

  • 2210 Mountain Shadow Drive, Duluth. We're in the strip mall behind Bridgemans and Aldi.

  • We have a parking lot! YAY! It is a busy strip mall, so you may have to utilize the other side of the lot depending on the class time. There is a bigger lot on the opposite end of the strip mall from where we are, if you need to utilize it! 

    You are also free to park up behind us, Q nails side of the building. There is a small building up the hill right behind us, that has an empty space up top. The right side of the parking lot is empty and open for you to park in at anytime! The left side of the parking lot is State Farm Insurance, so make sure you are not parking there during 8-5pm business hours.

  • We do not! We have 1 restroom and a changing space (perfect for those coming from work who need a quick change!). It will be important to plan ahead when coming to the studio as our space is limited. Try to change ahead of time to reduce long lines at the back of the studio. 

  • SOME are! Not all. Classes that are heated will be noted on the schedule so you are aware of that before heading to class.

    Drip classes ARE heated, unless it is noted otherwise!

Class Flow

  • Your yoga mat, a water bottle, sweat towel, and your beautiful self! 

    If you are heading to a dance cardio sculpt class, please make sure you bring clean tennis shoes!

  • Go to the Schedule and find the class day and time that works best for you! You'll have to create an account on your first time but then it will remember you! Be sure to check out our intro offers for your first time in the studio Buy 1 Class Get 1 Free for $20 and a 2 week unlimited for $49.

    Please feel free to download the “Momence” app, it makes scheduling and managing all of your classes super slick.

    You need to have a reservation to take class! No walk ins.

  • The doors will open 15 minutes prior to class start time. New folks are encouraged to arrive 10-15 minutes early so you can find the space, meet your instructor, and get set up. If you are running late, we will keep the doors open for no more than 3 minutes past class start time. Anything later is a safety hazard and the doors will be locked. If the class you are running late to is waitlisted, you forfeit your spot for class by not being there by class start time. Someone else may have showed up who was on the waitlist and your spot could be given to them.

    You can always text the studio at 218-304-4849 if you are running a bit behind. We can hold the door for you if you aren’t running later than 3 minutes late to class. Staff may not always see the message, as they are balancing a lot pre class. We appreciate your patience!

  • We try to avoid this as we may not have a spot available for you and we can streamline this process. Please view the class schedule ahead of time to book your class. If you are a first-time guest, you will need to sign the waiver and pay for class as well. There just isn't enough time prior to class.

  • Barre is a rhythmic, beat-based dynamic class that targets your small, stabilizing muscle groups. This full body, low impact class packs a punch with lots of pulsing, isometric holds, repetitions, and slower movements. You’ll find a big emphasis on posture, core, and glutes in barre. No dance experience is required at all! All levels are welcome, as options are always offered up to make this class accessible for you.

Membership

  • All membership questions can be directed to admin@pulsebarreduluth.com

    We have no contracts, but only require a 3-month minimum commitment when signing up for your memberships. After that, you are able to cancel whenever at least 10 days PRIOR to your billing date. 

    If you need to pause your membership, we allow memberships to be paused up to 2 times a year, for up to 3 months. You also must have your pause be a minimum of 30 days. We do not allow pauses for any less than that. Your pause/cancel must be set up PRIOR to your billing date. No refunds or transfers. 

  • Yes! We offer a $65/month student membership. Please email admin@pulsebarreduluth.com with a photo of your VALID student ID. Once you graduate or are no longer a student, you no longer qualify for this membership. 

    We also have "College Nights" on select nights for those who are not interested in an unlimited membership. $5 drop in's for college students only with a valid student ID. Check the schedule to see when the next college night is! 

  • You have to add your guest to class when YOU are booking your spot. There will be a spot at “checkout” to “invite guests”. You then put their information in and they will be added to the class roster.

    If it doesn’t allow you, two things could be happening. 1. You are out of guest passes or 2. The class is full.

    Sadly, we cannot add guests to the waitlist. The system doesn’t recognize a “free” guest on the list and won’t allow it. This just means you need to plan your guests in advance.

    Please make sure your guests cancel their reservation if their plans have changed or email us to take care of it.

    Unlimited members get 2 guest passes, 8&4/month get 1, and student memberships do not receive any.

  • Our cancellation policy is up to 4 hours prior to class start time you can cancel your reservation with no penalties. If you cancel less than 4 hours to class start time, you will receive a $10 late cancel charge. If you are on a class pack and late cancel, you lose your credit.

    This helps to protect us as a business. We are busy and it is harder for us to fill a spot if you late cancel. Thanks for your understanding.

  • If you no show a class all together, there is a $20 fee. If you are on a class pack, you also lose that credit.

    This helps to protect us as a business. When you no show, we miss out on getting another person into class, who wants to attend, in your spot.

Everyone is Welcome

  • NO! These classes are for ALL! We always offer up modifications and options to make you feel empowered and successful. 

  • 100000% YES! Options and modifications are available in every single class! You can always chat with your instructor beforehand if you have specific concerns, questions, or injuries you would like them to know about. 

  • WELCOME! Yes, definitely! Provided that you have been cleared by your physician to take class, you are welcome to take any class. Please connect with your instructor before class starts to discuss any modifications you may need to take for class.
